AFTER: Single implant-supported porcelain fused to gold (P.F.G.) crown.

BEFORE: Maxillary right lateral incisor. Root canal failure.

Tooth extracted due to root canal failure.

Titanium implant abutment.

AFTER: Implant-supported, porcelain fused to gold crown with natural looking "emergence profile".
